Can I submit the order for future events?
Yes you can, simply add your instruction in the “order comment” field that you want them to be delivered on a certain date before you submit the order. This way we can insure that your order will be made and delivered by the requested date. Please note, if you request to receive the macarons between Monday-Wednesday, the package will arrive on Friday or Saturday the week prior to the requested date. For Thursday-Sunday, we will ship them on Monday or Tuesday of the requested week.
How do I store them?
We develop our macarons to stay at room temperature up to 7 days during transit. We recommend that you store them in a refrigerator up to 7 days or a freezer for up to 30 days.
Can I eat the macarons chilled?
Yes you can, but to get the full flavor please allow macarons to reach room temperature throughout. You can leave them on the counter, if you are planning to finish them within 1 or 2 days.
What’s your lead time?
It will depend on what you order and quantity, but usually between 2-4 days. We try to ship as soon as we can. For surprise macaron set, the lead time will be shorter, within 2 days. We ship orders via standard shipping. The transit time is between 1-3 days to the West Coast and 2-5 days anywhere else in the continental U.S.
Do you accept custom order?
Yes we do. There is a minimum of 48 macarons per color or flavor. The cost is $4 per macaron before shipping. Please message us for more information.
Can I request a change in flavor from your listing?
Yes, however this will be treated as if it was a custom order and the associated minimum quantity and pricing will apply.
What’s your return/ cancellation policy?
We do not accept any exchange or return. 25% cancellation fee may be applied to any cancellation request. Please contact us at your earliest convenience if your event has been rescheduled or canceled.
What do I need to know if I am purchasing multiple items?
We will consolidate your orders into the smallest number of packages and upgrade the shipping method automatically. If you need them to be in an individual package as shown in the listing, please message us of your request.
Which carrier you use to ship macarons?
For our standard shipping, we will use USPS. We can upgrade your order to UPS shipping upon request (additional shipping fee may apply). Please contact us once the order is submitted. Please note, UPS cannot ship packages to P.O. Box address.
Can I use P.O. Box for a shipping address?
Yes you can. Please make sure to retrieve your package upon arrival and transfer them to a refrigerator or freezer to extend its shelf life.
Do you include ice pack in your order?
We do not include an ice pack for our standard shipping. The ice packs are only effective for overnight shipment since they are good to keep product cold up to 7 hours. If you are interested in overnight shipment, please message before you submit the order.
Is your macaron gluten free?
Our macarons do not contain ingredients with gluten. However, our facility is not gluten free certified and carries common ingredients like wheat flour, etc.
What is the size of your macaron?
Our traditional macarons (Macaron Centrale™), are 1.65-1.85” in diameter and 0.9” tall. Our vegan macarons (Vegan Macaron), are 1.95-2.05” in diameter and 1-1.15” tall

Do you use soy ingredients in your macarons?
No, we do not use any soy products in our macarons, both traditional and vegan.
Do you use peanut in your macarons?
Yes. Some macarons will contain peanut. Please make sure to read the item detail for each listing.
